If you got to this page it’s most likely because you are going through a breakup. I’m sorry about that. Breakups suck. I’m not going to pretend that they don’t. In fact, I honestly believe that a breakup may be one of the most painful experiences we ever go through in life.
I’ve traversed 3 significant breakups that sent me into a spiral of depression and suffering that derailed my life for years. By the third one, though, I was finally able to see the patterns that had been preventing me from moving on and healing my heart. I was able to apply tangible tools and exercises to my life that were effective in moving through the breakup process.
Now, I’m happier, healthier, and more aligned than I’ve ever been. Ever.
Which is why I created this course, The Art of Breaking Up. I want to help you emerge from this process better than before. I want to support you with integrating the lessons from your last relationship and becoming a match to your next one. I want to see you become a more powerful, confident, and joyful version of yourself.
That’s what this course is designed to do by helping you to understand the process you’re in and provide you with some tangible tools to start taking action immediately.
It’s not as hopeless as it seems. The pain isn’t as endless as it feels. I know this to be true. But it will require you to start taking new actions. You will have to make a choice to start showing up for yourself in new ways. Ultimately, you’ll have to choose to start.
