Meditation can be the single most powerful and transformative way to improve your level of self-love by changing the relationship you have with your thoughts. As you experience thoughts, instead of identifying with them or using them to reinforce old stories in your mind, you simply let them go. The more you practice, the easier it becomes to give less meaning to negative thoughts and for your mind to open up and be free.

The journaling practice provides an outlet, a direction for the thoughts that swirl around in your mind.
